Pricing

All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and is all Exclusive of GST. We have endeavoured to ensure that all pricing & information contained on this website is correct and updated regularly. However, we reserve the right to refuse an order and adjust the terms and conditions if circumstances occur beyond our control, such as sudden price increase from our manufacturers or stock unavailability.

Payments / Refunds

If you have paid us by Credit Card, and we don’t have the item in stock, we will notify you the lead time for delivery. You can decide whether to wait, or cancel the order and receive a full refund. Please note your card is not charged until we ship your order. Full refunds will only be given for conditions set out under Australian Consumer Law http://consumerlaw.gov.au/the-australian-consumer-law/.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order if it has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse or the warehouse of a partner distribution channel. If your order has already been dispatched, we reserve the right to invoice for any costs required to re-stock the product(s).

Returns

Accepting returns is purely at our discretion. If you return a product within 14 days of receiving it, and it is still in its original condition, we will charge a 10% re-stocking fee. If the product is deemed not in its original condition or not sellable ‘as new’, then we may at our discretion refuse the return or charge a re-stocking fee up to and including 25%. Freight costs to return the product will be the customer’s responsibility.

Low-cost consumables, replacement parts, and accessories such as ear cushions, curly cords, earbuds and headbands will not be accepted for return if the packaging has been opened.

Delivery

If we have stock of your ordered item, it is despatched from our warehouse within 24hrs of your order. We deliver to almost all areas Australia wide, for most items we use overnight airfreight (some rural areas may incur delays of 2-3 days), but for bulky items or larger orders, we use road transport.

Delivery is a flat rate of $15 ex gst, however, large items will be quoted on a case-by-case basis.

We do not accept orders from, or ship to, outside of Australia, except on a case-by-case basis and all import & export duties are the customer’s responsibility.

A re-delivery freight charge of $15 ex gst will apply if the courier is unable to complete a delivery due to incorrect address details being supplied.

Deliveries to home addresses will be taken to a post office if no one is home and it is the customer’s responsibility to collect the goods from the post office. Please note we do not ship to PO BOX’s.
